The eco-toxicology test institutions should be the domestic test institutions declared by the Ministry of Environmental Protection.
HOPE is the test institution which is holding the certification of test qualification laboratory by the Ministry of Environmental Protection from the first batch , see NO.77 notice, 2012 of the Ministry of Environmental Protection.
