      1. Eco-toxicology test 
        Qualification of eco-toxicology test institution 
        The eco-toxicology test institutions should be the domestic test institutions declared by the Ministry of Environmental Protection. 
        HOPE is the test institution which has held he certification of test qualification laboratory by the Ministry of Environmental Protection since the first batch, see NO.77 notice, 2012 of the Ministry of Environmental Protection. 
      2. Determination of the physical and chemical properties 
        Qualification of the physical-chemical properties test institution 
        Before the declaration of the list by the Ministry of Environmental Protection, the test of physical and chemical properties should be tested by institution with one of the following qualifications: 
        *Laboratory Accreditation of China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS) 
        *National Metrology Accreditation 
        *Review of the Ministry of Agriculture Pesticide Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) 
        HOPE has passed the certification of CMA, and has also passed the review of the Ministry of Agriculture Pesticide Good Laboratory Practice (GLP), see NO.1891 notice of the Ministry of Agriculture. 
      Service Contents 
        Provide the determination services of the physical and chemical properties for the new chemical substances, according to “Chemicals Testing Guidelines” and other relevant standards.

      Advantages
        Quality principle of the declaration data of new chemical substances: 
        a) Reliability: The declaration data should come from the testing institution with the standard method and good management system. 
        b) Scientificalness: The declaration data should be originated from the scientific and reasonable design of experiment, which fully embody or approach the represented characteristics of chemical substances. 
        c) Correlation: The declaration data should be fit for determining some kind of dangerous feature or characteristic of the declarable substances. 
        We have passed the identification of China Metrology Accreditation (CMA), and run the GLP system in the laboratory, which has excellent management and test system to assure the reliability of test data. 
        The appropriate instrumental devices are provided referring to the testing items, and we accumulated the rich testing experiences through large quantities of test activities. We have also drawn up the reasonable and reliable  Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) of the physical and chemical natures, so as to assure the scientificalness of the testing data. 
        We are familiar with the registration process of new chemical substances, and are concern for the dynamic situations of registration. We hold the critical test points for successful declaration, so as to assure the correlation of the data.
